The primary purpose of the Director of Care and Operations (DOCO) is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern assisted living facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times while upholding our Mission, Vision, and Core Values that overall represent faith, purpose, respect, and dignity to all we serve.
As DOCO, you are responsible for day-to-day clinical and administrative activities of the facility, including profit and loss responsibility and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. You will provide leadership, support, and direct supervision to all facility staff.

The Activity/Svayus Director will plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. The Marketing/Admissions Director at the Lantern will be responsible for marketing and sales strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by building a great networking relationship in and around the surrounding area and providing/participating in community events. In order to provide tourism towards our location to attract new clients. Sales activities will include providing tours, closing sales, community outreach, follow-up calling, attending and collaborating with outside resources to generate referrals and holding community and professional events at the facility.
