Jennifer Coleman
I am a licensed practical nurse. I am the Director of Care and Operations. My responsibilities include: To lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and company policies with a focus on maintaining excellent care for our clients while achieving the facility’s business objectives.
My deepest passion is family. When new clients or staff comes in to my building, I embrace them as my own family.
I have been a charge nurse within skilled nursing facilities. I have been a home care nurse, traveling to individuals homes, educating them on their specific health needs. I began my journey with the Lantern as the Assistant Director of Nursing, and with hard work, dedication, and the support of my co-workers, I have worked my way as the Director of Nursing to currently the Director of Care and Operations.
Outside of work, my passion is my children, my family, and my pets.
